Expressing Your Feelings

Have you ever wanted to tell someone that your feelings have been hurt?  or have you ever found it difficult to say to someone that you are sorry there has been a death in his or her family?  Sometimes it is difficult to let others know what your feelings are. Knowing that other people have emotions and are able to express them can help you not feel embarrassed or ashamed of expressing your own feelings. Always remember: your feelings are worth expressing.  How successful you are at expressing your feelings will also be closely related to how successful you are at getting what you want out of life.
